i would like to ask you something.
I was born and live in Japan. i used to live in San Diego as a college student but only for 3 years.
I’m now interested in studying nursing to be a nurse.
and hopefully working in U.S.
but when i search how to be a nurse in U.S., it seems so challenging to me because I’m NOT a U.S citizen.(money issues, languages barriers, Visa problems etc..)
i know there is no easy way to be a nurse, effort is always a key. but i was wondering if you know anyone who is facing same situation as me or anyone who is international and be a nurse in U.S.
any info would help me:)

Thank you for the kind words! Well, I know my mom who was international and got her license in the Philippines did it! And plenty of others.. I think the best way is to get your nursing degree in Japan and apply for a fellowship program in the US and try to get sponsored by the hospital you will be applying to. You may also have to take the NCLEX here in the US.
I dont know anyone else who did it by applying internationally. Im sorry =(
